We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and friendly. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel had great facilities such as a fitness center and swimming pool. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

I think I liked everything about our stay. We didn't expect dinner which was good and saved us money too.

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to town. the friendly gentleman who checked us in made a great first impression. the room was comfortable and clean, offering a pleasant stay. the breakfast provided a decent selection and was a good way to start the day. the hotel also had good facilities, such as a fitness center and a swimming pool.

The noise levels from neighboring rooms and outside were disruptive at times.

The staff at check-in were welcoming and approachable, which was a great start to my business trip. the room had a decent location with shops and restaurants nearby, and the bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep.

the insulation was poor, and I could hear the noise from the rooms below and above mine.

Easy to find, clean, the dinner and breakfast nice extras that would make me use Crystal Inn again

We loved the lite dinner. We were tired and the kids had been in the car for a long time. It made for a n ice evening with the pool. Our only problem were other quests that were quite onery with the kids. We thought they were pretty normal for kids I even made them stay on their side of the pool etc, but the grumbling guests made all of us including some of your other quests uncomfortable. Same thing at breakfast, do they think only older people should use the amenities? That is why we stayed at you hotel. But otherwise we had a fine visist.

The front desk agent was awesome! He had a welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home. the hotel was in a great location as it was nearby the places we wanted to visit and the room was very clean, which made my stay unforgettable.

To be honest, there were some downsides to this hotel. Unfortunately, we could hear a lot of noise coming from the other rooms as well as family outside of our room.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the little dinner and breakfast they served. Nice touch. The hotel was clean but the bed sheets were iffy. don't know if they had been changed.

I didn't like the room with the sink right on the wall and not in the bathroom. That was strange. Very elementary hotel but satisfactory for a short stay. Pool was cloudy and we didn't go it because of that. All the rented rooms were on the first floor and we were right next to a room that had a wedding in it. When u opened the door, people were standing right on top of us.

The room was nice on the 3rd floor, the desk clerk suggested it as being quiet and it was till 0530. The room was clean and set up nicely.

As in previous comments the room was quiet till 0530 when we woke up to the room next to us using the sink. Otherwise it was quiet, need more sound insulation. The breakfast was Okay but didn't meet the ads for it. I was looking forward to bacon and got dry spicy hot sauage, but the rest was filling. Also the dinner was funny. The ad stated pulled pork sandwhiches and we were offfered baked potato with chili and Mac and cheese, interesting combination.

Good value , clean, comfortable, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. I would and have recommended this hotel to freinds and family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was good with a light dinner and full breakfast. Great value.

We have been staying at alot of motels because my boys wrestle...I Have to say the Crystal Inn was the best motel we have stayed at yet. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
